Terms of service

Rifine is a product and brand operated by Parthi, an individual. Rifine is not represented as a separately incorporated company. Product and service questions may be directed to support@rifineai.com.

What Rifine provides

Rifine is an extension for Adobe Premiere Pro that refines an existing transcript using sequence audio and produces text and captions based on source timing. It is not a standalone speech-to-text service. You must review results before publishing or relying on them; accuracy and preservation of every word are not guaranteed.

Subscription and allowance

The monthly plan is ₹599 INR plus applicable taxes and includes 5 hours of high-precision transcript refinement per month, shared between Fast and High Precision, on a maximum of two activated devices. The final amount and renewal terms must be shown at checkout before payment. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled.

Allowance is measured by processed audio duration. Both modes use the same allowance without different weighting. Reprocessing audio uses additional allowance. This is not an unlimited plan. Internet access, an active license, compatible software, matching source transcript and sufficient allowance are required.

Payments and cancellation

When live checkout opens, Paddle will act as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to those transactions. Cancel through the billing-management link supplied with your purchase or contact support. Cancellation ends future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund, revocation or other valid restriction applies.

A failed payment receives a three-day grace period using only the existing remaining allowance. No extra allowance is granted during grace. Unresolved payment blocks new refinement jobs after grace until access is restored.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. A full refund revokes paid access immediately. Already-generated files are not deleted. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory consumer rights or Paddle’s applicable obligations.

Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in your source media and generated files. Only submit content you are authorized to process, including any required permissions from recorded speakers. Do not share activation credentials, circumvent allowance or device limits, interfere with security, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security issues.

Compatibility and limitations

The current signed release has been tested on Windows with Premiere Pro 26.2.0. Unverified versions and platforms are not promised to work. Source timing quality, the source transcript and Premiere’s caption formatting affect results. Keep your own backups. If automated import fails, use the saved files and seek support.
