Rifine for Premiere Pro
Ready for your
editing workspace.
Signed Windows extension · Version 1.9.0-rc.1
Installation has been tested on Windows with Premiere Pro 26.2.0. Other Premiere versions and macOS have not been verified.
Install in six steps
- Save your project and close Premiere Pro.
- Install the free aescripts ZXP/UXP Installer from its official website. Keep Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop installed.
- Open the downloaded Rifine ZXP in the installer and follow its installation prompts.
- Reopen Premiere and choose Window → Extensions → Rifine. The menu label may vary by version.
- Open Rifine’s license settings and enter your activation credential.
- Choose an output folder, select your sequence, and provide its matching Premiere transcript JSON when prompted.
No developer mode, local server or private API key is required. Keep Adobe signature verification enabled. If installation fails, do not bypass signature checks.
Before your first refinement
- Rifine needs an existing transcript that matches the current sequence audio.
- Short captions require reliable source word timing. Text-box width and font size in Premiere can still affect wrapping.
- Review all refined text and captions. Corrections can be imperfect; an opening word was omitted in one test.
- If automatic caption creation fails, saved TXT/SRT files remain available for manual use.
- Generated files are saved to your selected output folder. A full refund does not delete them.
